Only those who have suffered from gas know how difficult and embarrassing it can be.
Generally, flatulence, popularly known as “fart”, occurs when the body faces difficulties in digesting some foods. In the vast majority of cases, it is produced when the intestine is unable to “break down” carbohydrates as they pass to the stomach, being fermented by bacteria in the intestinal flora, thus producing the release of gases.
If you are a person who farts a lot or know someone who does, this tea combination is powerful for relieving these symptoms in an easy, practical and very inexpensive way. Check it out:
Ingredients:
Anise: contains properties that activate the production of stomach enzymes, aiding digestion and relieving symptoms of bloating, gas, burping and intestinal discomfort, also preventing abdominal cramps and stomach pain.
Mint: This medicinal and aromatic plant, when prepared as a tea, is excellent for relieving intestinal gas. The Ministry of Health highlights the antispasmodic properties of mint, relieving intestinal spasms, and can even be used to treat irritable bowel syndrome.
In this combination, mint will be responsible for increasing the secretion of digestive juices, providing a reduction in stomach contractions, reducing gas and bloating.
Amount:
- Mix the fennel and mint in a bowl.
- For every 300ml of water, add a tablespoon of this mixture.
Preparation method:
This tea is made through infusion:
Let the water boil, when the bubbles start to rise, turn off the heat and add the fennel and mint mixture, cover the container and let it rest for about 12 minutes.
This simple combination helps to improve digestion and relieve gas, without causing so much discomfort, also reducing the feeling of bloating.
If you suffer from signs and symptoms, take advantage of this combination or send it to a friend who needs it!
