  • Hypertensive heart disease;
  • Congenital heart disease in adults;
  • Diabetes mellitus;
  • Muscular dystrophies;
  • Chronic liver disease;
  • Chronic kidney disease;
  • Diseases of the aorta, arteriovenous fistulas and large vessels;
  • Chronic neurological diseases;
  • Severe hemoglobinopathies and splenic dysfunctions;
  • Stage 3 arterial hypertension;
  • Stage 1 and 2 arterial hypertension and/or with organ damage;
  • Resistant arterial hypertension;
  • Pulmonary and corpulmonary hypertension;
  • Heart failure;
  • Cardiomyopathies and pericardiopathies;
  • Morbid obesity;
  • Valve prostheses, valvular heart disease and implanted cardiac devices;
  • Severe chronic lung diseases;
  • Down syndrome and other genetic syndromes;
  • Coronary syndromes.
